About Our Discernment
The objective for our discernment committee is to
conduct a prayerful, methodical, and adaptive process to identify a final candidate to
recommend to the vestry to be our next rector. We are committed to ensuring that
this process is thorough, inclusive, and reflective of St. Mary’s culture and values
today, as well as our aspirations for the future.
